To pay your bill, you will need:
- Balance amount which can be found on your statement
- Invoice number which is located in the body of the statement next to the Item Date
- Please note the invoice number is a 7 digit alpha-numeric number beginning with a letter
- If you have multiple invoice numbers, please enter the number that corresponds with the oldest date of service
- If you have any questions about your bill please call us at 855.404.6727 and select the option for Billing.
